Stephanie Lopez - Biography
Stephanie Lopez first joined the City of Modesto in March 2001 as a Legal Secretary in the City Attorney’s
Office. In March 2005, Stephanie joined the City Clerk’s Office and was appointed to the position of City Clerk
in April 2008 after five months as Acting City Clerk. Stephanie has over 22 years of experience in the legal
field, both as a legal secretary and paralegal, which is a great benefit to the Clerk’s Office.
Stephanie is currently working towards her Certified Municipal Clerk Certificate and has a Paralegal Certificate
from Humphreys College.
